The box was easy to assemble and a bit fragile, but that's okay - we'll handle it with care. It looks exactly like the photos on the store's website and the visualization they gave us when we ordered. I accidentally gave the wrong shipping address when I ordered and it was very easy to get it checked out by the store's salesperson - great customer service.
