Processing Time
On average, we need 1-3 days to create your design, get your approval, produce the item, and prepare it for shipping.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: 18 USD, approximately 10-18 business days.
Express Shipping: 30 USD, approximately 5-10 business days.

Please note that these timeframes are approximate and may vary depending on production, shipping carriers, and your location.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide: North and South America, Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia Pacific, Australia and Oceania. Please check the size and measurements of our products carefully, as standards for items like cards and envelopes may differ between countries.

We use the services of the following shipping carriers: USPS, DHL, NovaPoshta Global, Ukrposhta. They provide the address delivery. You will be provided with a tracking number to track your package.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

Contact us at info@wildwoodwedding.com if you have a problem with your tracking or believe that your package has been lost. In case of loss or damage we will provide substitution, refund or a new item.

Card Boxes
Card boxes are shipped unassembled for safe transport. Each box comes with step-by-step instructions for easy assembly.
