Refund policy

We take pride in creating personalized and custom items, so please note that items with personalized designs or engravings are not eligible for return or refund. Before placing your order, make sure you are aware of the estimated production and delivery time.

Returns

You can return your product during 30 days after the purchase. Personalized products are not eligible for return or refund. If you want to make a return: send us a message on info@wildwoodwedding.com, indicate your order number, the reason why you want to make a return, pack the item as you received it, we will send you a return address via e-mail.  We cover the cost of the return delivery. 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@wildwoodwedding.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For non-personalized items, return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom products, such as engraved or personalized items, are non-returnable. We also cannot accept returns for gift cards.

Because personalized and custom-made items are created specifically for each customer, they are not eligible for return or exchange once production has started.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@wildwoodwedding.com and include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds
If your return is accepted (in case of damaged or incorrect item), we will notify you and process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days after accepting it. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.

Exchanges
If you would like a different product due to a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us and we will guide you through the process.
