– Preferred design number (if not specified, design 1 will be used).

Personalized items can't be returned.
We want to inform you that import duties might be applied to your package, depending on the
location. Customs of your country make a decision regarding the charges. As a seller, we do not
receive any notifications in advance about whether you will be charged or not. Buyer is responsible
for all costs of international delivery (duties, fees, taxes).
Shipping
Standard shipping takes around 10-18 business days.
Express shipping is available and takes around 5-10 business days.

Returns
You can cancel your order within the first 24 hours, and we'll provide a full refund.
Personalized items aren't eligible for return. Because personalized and custom-made items are created specifically for each customer, they are not eligible for return or exchange once production has started.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@wildwoodwedding.com and include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund where applicable.
For non-personalized items, return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.
