🥀 We can add a logo or customіzation to your order for an additional fee. To do this, please contact us directly and we will provide you with all the details.

🥀 We produce each product from an exclusive piece of wood so your Memory Box might look slightly different from the pictures we used as an example. The shade of color might vary due to the level of brightness and your screen settings. We try very hard to express a realistic image of our assortment, but please understand that the ready-made product might have minor discrepancies.
Express shipping is available. Please, let us know your deadline when placing an order, so we can make sure you will receive it on time.
During international deliveries, you might be subjected to additional charges, such as import fees, taxes, and duties. Unfortunately, we are not notified in advance whether you will be charged or not.
This matter is entirely governed by authorities in your country. All additional expenses in regard to delivery are to be paid by the buyer.
Return policy:
Personalized designs, engravings, and prints are not eligible for a refund. Cancellations with a 100% refund are possible within the first 24 hours after placing an order.
